Prototype Access, Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Acknowledgement
Please read this notice carefully. Access is granted only after you identify yourself and give an electronic acknowledgement.
1. Ownership and protected materials
This prototype, its source code, interface, workflows, graphics, written content, business methods, data structures, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to KOAF & K LIMITED. They are protected under applicable Nigerian intellectual-property, contract, confidentiality and data-protection laws, and may also receive protection under international copyright treaties.
2. Limited purpose of access
You may view the prototype only for the purpose you state below. Access does not transfer ownership, grant a licence, create a partnership or authorise commercial use.
3. Prohibited conduct
Without prior written permission from KOAF & K LIMITED, you must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, recreate, modify, remove ownership notices, share access credentials, or use any part of this prototype to build or commission a competing or substantially similar product. You must not make screenshots, screen recordings or downloads except where KOAF & K LIMITED gives written permission.
4. Confidentiality
Non-public information you obtain through this prototype must be kept confidential and disclosed only to persons expressly authorised by KOAF & K LIMITED. This obligation does not cover information that you can prove was lawfully public or independently developed without use of the protected materials.
5. Access records and security
For security, evidence and access-control purposes, KOAF & K LIMITED may record your submitted identity details, acknowledgement time, selected language, IP address and browser information. These records must be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy notice and Nigerian data-protection requirements.
6. Suspension and remedies
KOAF & K LIMITED may immediately suspend access where misuse is suspected. Unauthorised use may lead to civil claims, injunctive relief, account termination, preservation of evidence and referral to relevant authorities where the facts justify it. Nothing in this notice limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
7. Governing law and international protection
This acknowledgement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Copyright protection may also apply internationally through treaties to which Nigeria is a party. The English version controls where a translated version differs.
8. Privacy and consent
The information requested below is collected to control prototype access, document your acknowledgement, protect legal rights and investigate suspected misuse. Do not submit another person’s details. You may contact KOAF & K LIMITED regarding access records or privacy rights.
